CJ's Swim Club employs the services of the Clem Jones Centre's squad coaches including Head Coach Brian Glass who has been with the Centre as Head Coach since 2016.

Head Coach - Brian Glass (Silver License Coach) Brian is a dedicated coach, coaching and supporting all levels of swimmers, from novices all the way through to National Champions. With over 25 years of coaching experience, Brian's focus is not just on his senior squad consisting of many state, national and international swimmers, but also on the development of the next generation of CJ's swimmers.
Major Highlights - Under Brian's guidance, Jake Michel has been a part of the Australian Dolphins team since 2021, making his way to compete at the Paris 2024 Paralympics and the Tokyo 2021 Paralympics in the 100 metre Breaststroke SB14, 2022 and 2023 World Championships and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
